THREE STEPPINGSTONE SCHOLARS AWARDED PRESTIGIOUS POSSE FOUNDATION COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS

Press Release, BOSTON––January 6, 2006

Three local Steppingstone Scholars have won full, four-year scholarships to New York colleges through The Posse Foundation. Robyn Gibson of Mattapan, a senior at The Winsor School, and Bree Roberson of Roxbury, a senior at Boston Latin School, will be heading to Hamilton College next fall. Deanna Cox, a Dorchester resident and a senior at The Rivers School in Weston, will be attending Union College. All three students graduated from The Steppingstone Academy, a program that prepares Boston students to gain admission to and succeed at public exam and independent schools, and go on to college.
