Nominations are a way for teachers, principals, and other community members to identify motivated students who would benefit from The Steppingstone Academy’s intensive academic program. Only fourth, fifth, and seventh grade students who are residents of the City of Boston can be nominated.

Once a nomination is received, Steppingstone will send the student and his/her family an information packet and an invitation to one of our Family Information Meetings. All nominees will also receive an application for admission in mid-December. Nominated students are encouraged, but not required to apply to Steppingstone. Additionally, a nomination does not guarantee acceptance.

Individual nominations may be submitted online. However, a downloadable Nomination Form is available if you wish to nominate more than one student. All nominations should be submitted to Steppingstone (via mail, fax, or online form) by December 4, 2007. (Please note: If you submit a nomination after the application deadline, we will consider this a nomination for the 2008-2009 admission season.)
