Interesting fact: I am on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization called My Brother’s Keeper.
What is your favorite part of working with Steppingstone?: I love getting to know Scholars during recess and break periods.
How have you made an impact this summer?: I have been able to form close bonds with Scholars. Through these relationships, they feel comfortable talking to me about issues they are struggling with, and I am able to help them work through their problems.
What have you learned during your time with Steppingstone?: I have learned how challenging it can be to hold the attention of an entire class of middle schoolers.

Education: I am going into my senior year of high school at Thayer Academy. Right now, my top three colleges are Tufts University, Brown University, and Boston College.
Favorite hobbies: Yearbook, peer tutoring, pottery, and track and field
Favorite movie and book: My favorite book is The Kite Runner and my favorite movie is Frozen.
If I could have one super power it would be: The power to transport to any location in an instant
Interesting fact: Elephants are my favorite animals, and I have gone zip-lining upside down through a rainforest in Costa Rica.
What is your favorite part of working with Steppingstone?: Forming close relationships with Scholars, TAs, interns, teachers, and staff members.
How have you made an impact this summer?: Every day I make it a mission to brighten up at least one Scholars’ day.
What have you learned during your time with Steppingstone?: I’ve learned that one small act of kindness and one conversation can really turn a Scholar’s day around. I have also learned how to plan, manage, and teach a full class all by myself.
